Privacy Policy

Last updated 9 October 2026

This policy explains what information Cottages & Cafe collects when you book a room or send an enquiry through this website, and what we do with it.

Information We Collect

When you make a booking or send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, stay dates and guest count. Payments are handled by our booking platform — card details are never stored on this website.

How We Use It

Your details are used to confirm and manage your reservation, prepare your room, respond to enquiries and send booking-related messages. We do not sell your information.

Sharing

Information is shared only with the payment gateway and booking platform that process your reservation, and with authorities where the law requires it, such as guest registration records.

Cookies

The site uses minimal browser storage to remember your selected dates and guest count while you move between pages. You can clear this at any time from your browser settings.

Retention & Your Rights

Booking records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, contact us using the details on the Contact page.
